I decided to swim outside and take advantage of the sun. The main set was 2k for time. I wasn't sure what my time would be because my legs were a little sore. I opted to not check my splits and swim. It felt like the first half was faster than the second half. My legs and upper body tightened up. I looked at my watch and saw 28:50 averaging 1:26.5 per 100m. It was a PR for me. Probably because I typically don't swim straight sets unless racing.
After work, I took the dogs out for an easy run in the sun. We managed a little over 5.5 miles. The dogs were super tired.
