I have flopped around the pool a few times. I ran for the first time the other day. I felt great. I have been walking 2-3 miles everyday with Fina & Kona.
I participated in an Aquatic Rehab/Exercise Class the last 2 days. I will be adding some of the workout ideas to my training plan.
I am just going with the flow. I will start to add a few more short runs over the next couple of weeks. Maybe if I am super bored, jump on the bike.
For the most part, let my body repair & recover.
