It has been over 60 degrees the last couple days. Does this mean it is going to be a warm or cold winter? I am not sure, but I like having the sun out.
Fina hurt her shoulder the other day. I don't know how. She seemed fine after a twenty minute run. I ended up taking her to the vet. She is hopped up on narcotics and benadryl.
Kona is her normal crazy self.
As for me a swim here, bike there, and some running in between. I love the off season.
