Finally, adjusting..
I am starting to feel better. I don't need 10 hours of sleep every night. I can't wait to get my bike back. The stationary is not very comfortable. My swimming and running are returning back to peak training form. It's gonna be a great 2010!!!

Ugh jet lag!!!
DC was fun and I learned a lot. I am glad to be back home. Kona has grown a lot. I think she is a little bit taller than Fina. The jet lag is kicking my butt. I don't feel like I can get enough sleep. My focus for this month is getting back to a routine for training. My bike is still at the manufacturer. I am hoping the Quarq and bike are shipped back to Triumph at the same time.

Going to Virgina
I will be attending a leadership course for three weeks. It will be nice to get out of Washington during the rain. I'm not sure if being cold is better. We'll see.
I am slowly starting to get back into a routine. I decided indulge over the holidays, so there will be a few extra pounds to shed. I am looking forward to all the upgrades for my bike. It is going to be a great year!!!
I applied to a few teams and still waiting for a decision. I should have my race schedule finalized when I return.

I love recovery time
I have flopped around the pool a few times. I ran for the first time the other day. I felt great. I have been walking 2-3 miles everyday with Fina & Kona.
I participated in an Aquatic Rehab/Exercise Class the last 2 days. I will be adding some of the workout ideas to my training plan.
I am just going with the flow. I will start to add a few more short runs over the next couple of weeks. Maybe if I am super bored, jump on the bike.
For the most part, let my body repair & recover.
